Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return
To start a return, please email us at neri.paco@yahoo.com. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the return address. Returns must be sent to the address we provide after your return is approved.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
